NOTICE OF ERROR IN APPEALS COMMITTEE REPORT

The report of the Appeals Committee published on this website on 7 November incorrectly named Tim Rouen as a person who had breached the WUSA Regulations Governing Elections. Nick Rouen, a named respondent in the appeal and also a member of the Real Students ticket should have been named in the report instead. The error in the report has subsequently been corrected and the corrected report is as now published on this website. The Appeals Committee sincerely apologises for the error.

In accordance with Section 4.6 of the Constitution of the University of Wollongong Undergraduate Students’ Association (WUSA), related Regulations Governing Elections and Regulations covering Code of Conduct, the Annual General Elections of WUSA shall be held by way of electronic election from: 9am Tuesday 6 October 2009 until 5pm Thursday 8 October 2009.
